Simple and Easy Brewing Steps

Step 1:
Place the stainless steel filter in the carafe and fill with your desired coffee grind. A really coarse grind will work best for a submerged type of cold-brew (like this one). In order to make a cold brew concentrate calculate a 1:4 coffee to water ratio. For example, for 100 grams of ground coffee, you will put 400 grams water approximately 14 Fl oz.). This will give you a concentrate that you will have to dilute with water before drinking.

Step 2: Fill with the amount of water you need. Maximum till just below the spout. Filtered water will ensure optimal taste. Make sure the lid and stopper are closed.

Step 3: Place in the fridge and after 12-24 hours remove the filter with the used grounds. You will now have fresh homemade cold brew coffee, enjoy!
